Today's consumption economy is based on a growth-economy model. Year on year, more products and services are introduced. The starting point for the model is an inexhaustible supply of raw materials that can be replaced very easily.
There are strong indications that the climate is changing as a result of human influence. A substantial reduction in the emissions of greenhouse gases is needed to sufficiently mitigate the rate of climate change. But while the world's total volume of CO2 emissions has to fall substantially, a significant increase is expected as a result of increasing prosperity and population expansion.
It is only the use of bioenergy that is suitable for the CO2-Negative energy concept. All other renewables (wind, sun, etc.) are at best CO2-Neutral, but in practice they are CO2-Positive.
It also appears that the quantities of fuel and raw materials are limited, that stocks will be exhausted within the foreseeable future and that the pollution of the environment will take increasingly dramatic forms.
In addition, developing alternative energy conversion systems such as, for instance, the fuel cell and the electric engine has been plagued with problems.
Driven by these problems and a passion for internal combustion engines, motor cycles and engineering, JRS-Systems has developed an innovative internal combustion engine concept, amongst other things.
In order to gain JRS-Motor a good market position and by making optimal use of the unique characteristics of the JRS-Engine, JRS-Systems has also developed an innovative and exclusive motorcycle concept.

JRS-Systems will exhibit at ECOMobiel 2014
Ecomobiel has grown to become the biggest platform for sustainable mobility and mobility management. An exhibition where real business deals are made and the vehicle for industry parties to come together in new relationships. Last year a new trade show is introduced parallel to Ecomobiel: Ecologistiek, the platform for sustainable innovation in transport and logistics.

JRS-Systems will take part at FISITA 2014
For more than 60 years, the FISITA World Automotive Congress has addressed the technology information and trends that drive the automotive industry forward.
The 35th FISITA Congress will take place in Maastricht - at the heart of Europe's thriving high-tech automotive industry.
FISITA 2014 will showcase the latest mobility innovations from companies and universities throughout the region, including The Netherlands, Germany, France and Belgium. And like every previous FISITA Congress, it will be a meeting place for engineers and executives from Europe, Asia and America to exchange knowledge and build collaborations for the creation of greener, safer mobility world-wide.

Successful ATC Exhibition on 2 and 3 June
JRS-Systems was not amongst the prize-winners at the ATC Innovation Award 2009. The participation in the exhibition can, however, be considered to have been very successful. Many new contacts were made and these contacts provide perspective.

JRS-Systems exhibited on 2 and 3 June during the ATC Jaarcongres at the ATC Exhibition 2009. The Automotive Technology Centre (ATC) is the Dutch Automotive cluster organization that stimulates and organizes technological innovation, cooperation and networks within the industry.
JRS-Systems is participating in the ATC Innovation Award 2009.
On 3 June, during the Automotive Technology Centre (ATC) Annual Congress, the "Het Pientere Pookje" (The Smart Gear stick) trophy is once again being awarded to the best Dutch automotive innovation. Companies can submit their ideas up to 24 April. "Het Pientere Pookje" is an icon of Dutch automotive innovation and is awarded every two years to the company that builds on this tradition in the most appealing manner. The evaluation criteria for the prize are: The degree of innovation (technical or functional modernization). The potential (the contribution that the product makes to the automotive industry). The approach (collaboration with other parties). The nominees and the winner will be announced on 3 June at the High Tech Automotive Campus in Helmond. In addition to the trophy the winner will receive an innovation voucher for 7,500 euros from the Helmond Municipal Authority. You can find more information about the award at
